All prices exclusive VAT, shipping charges, special conditions arranged with our sales department!
Color deviation according according to commercial terms. All technical modifications are reserved.
Selling our products by a third party is only permitted if you have a preceding confirmation in writing to do so from our company KOMPERDELL (particularly – but not exclusively – for websales!).
Initial Orders are subject to be delivered only against cash in advance minus 3 % discount or cash on delivery minus 2 % discount
Terms of delivery: ex factory Mondsee/Ausria by GLS or appropriate delivery service, shipment is effected at receiver’s risk
Terms of payment: 10 days after date of invoice minus 2% discount, or 30 days net. For delayed payment we have to ask default interest of 1 % per month.
Extrajudicial collection will be debted to the recipient of our goods. Payable and enforceable in Mondsee/Austria. Dispatch at the risk of the recipient.
Previous pricelists are invalid. Complaints can only be made within 8 days after receipt of merchandise.
Until full payment the merchandise remains our property. In case you sell the merchandise before you have settled our invoice, you assign the debt - respectively the purchase price you received - to us.
